Most of our work is residential: manufactured and site-built homes for homeowners, lenders, realtors, and installers. We also serve small local municipalities and other clients who need practical civil engineering without a large-firm process.
We work in western North Carolina, northeast Tennessee, southwest Virginia, and southern West Virginia. Quality work, a reasonable price, a reasonable time. Real-estate turnaround is typically less than 72 hours after authorization. If we cannot help you, we will recommend someone who can.
